Terrible straps. I strongly believe that if the straps were constructed better then this would not happen. Cannot use bag as intended.This bag is well made and just as described. It is made of a super reflective material and glows brightly when hit by light - but only in the dark. It gets dark really early on the East Coast - this bag gives me an added sense of safety when we are out.I highly recommend it!This has become my everyday purse. Perfect for for my many items.
