Ok. First, I love this bag. It is pretty, the handles are actually comfortable to use and it has enough organization to prevent it from becoming a Black Hole of Death bag, but not enough to make it so you have to dig through a dozen pockets if you forget where you put that thing you need Right Now.The only problem is, I also love a bag with a good shoulder strap. Which it does have. Unfortunately the shoulder strap is attached to the bag with a loop and a piece of hardware that isn’t a closed loop. It is vulnerable to opening up and then dropping off the bag in some random place that means you’ll never find it again. Which is what happened to me. So. Now it is strictly a top handle bag, which is still nice but I miss the shoulder strap. I had been using it less than a week, so it hadn’t even gotten full or heavy yet.I am trying to decide if I want to return the bag or replace the hardware with a couple brass bow-shackles.
