It is a little stiff when it comes out of the box, but you just have to mold it, bend it, etc. I wish it was deeper because I carry a lot! Honestly though, for the price it'a an amazing and beautiful bag.It looks cute, it is definitely bigger than you picture though. The drawstring doesn't tighten and doesn't close the bag. So bag stays open all the time...This product was exactly as advertised and honestly better! The leather feels real, zippers work and pockets inside. Highly recommend it is roomy, but also not too big it is the perfect size for me. You can fit so much and it doesn’t look bulky. I love the fringes, along with the adjustable strap. Can’t complain so far!Haven’t used it yet so I’m hesitant to go all the way to 5 stars but I just opened it and it looks great! So cute and exactly what I was expecting. It will look perfect with my western wear and the longer strap will make it easy to carryThis bag is bigger than what I expected! I love the super roomy main pocket and the style. The handles seem really sturdy and the shoulder strap is super adjustable. If I could add anything it would be 1 more zippered inside pocket. I fill every inch of space in this bag between my stuff, meds and kit to my hubs meds. I may have to order this bag in another color so I can change it up on occasion.I got this bag for my upcoming trip to Mexico and it was all I hoped for. The quality is very good. I love the color! I highly recommend!It’s bigger than I expected, but it’s really nice. Leather is a bit hard but the more I use it’s getting softer.Totally matches my fall wardrobe.
