Montana West Leather Concealed Carry Purse for Women - Crossbody Handgun Bag for Daily Use

Got this bag today and it’s BEAUTIFUL, durable buttery soft REAL leather not the “vegan” junk. My gun fits perfectly, plenty of pockets, looks like a very well made bag. Looks very upscale.ButThe metal hardware is GOLD colored, I thought it was silver….as much as I love everything else about it I just cannot tolerate the gold hardware, YUCK.So sadly I’m returning it and on the hunt again :(I like the color of the purse. All together, the purse has 2 big sections with the middle between the sections which can be zipped up. The more you have in these sections the less room you have to conceal carry. I find the conceal part is small to fit my 380 gun, but if needed, I can shoot through the purse as needed, if needed, but who wants to ruin a good purse. With the way the world is today, you never know when you're gonna need to be ccing. It did come with a holster, but I've lost it already. (I think my husband took it for his gun).The conceal zipped part has straps on each side for easy access, but one of them already came off.Would I buy another one? Already have, due to be here February 1, 2022.I really like this bag...bigger than I normally carry, but not too heavy. My only dislike was the strap that was attached to the purse. Not long enough for shoulder & too long for hand carry. I cut off that strap & attached the shoulder strap that wS with it, which was too long. I doubled it & was perfect fit for shoulder.Love it fits everything and the right size for meI am sure I will enjoy this hand bag as the craftsmanship seems to be of top Quality the service from this company was great product is as described love this product and will use this company againIf this bag were 25% larger, it would be PERFECT!! The overall style is great. I love lots of pockets and dividers to keep my 'stuff' organized (when you get older, there is more 'stuff' that you need to carry - medicines, for one), and this bag has a goodly amount. It is just a touch too small to hold everything I like to have with me, so I had to thin out what I carry, and I had to switch out for a smaller pistol than my preferred carry. It is summer, so a lighter pistol should still be OK.Seriously, I don't want to carry an overnight bag (the extra large 'tote' style is WAY too big), but I'd like a bit more room. And, PLEASE bring back WHITE leather concealed carry purses!The one "WHY?" question is the dark brown shoulder strap for a light beige bag. I replaced the dark brown webbing with some that matches the leather, but I shouldn't have had to. The dark brown looks awful with the light beige.All in all, I DO like the purse and do recommend it.Great bright color. Great quality. Great price. Lots of compliments. The caveat? The gun compartment is very small. In a crisis you may not be able to access your gun easily. I tried several in here. I have large hands and can not easily get the m&p shield EZ out. Tried my Sig P365 XL and while its a slim single stack it was still a no. Same with Glock 43X which has a wider single stack handle. So my only options were micro pistols, think barkeep or lCP II... Which i dont prefer revolvers or miro for concealed carry. My hands take up too much real estate on the gun and just too snappy. That left me with rugar Lc9s without the pinky exteder or extended mag. And not using the velcro strap on the holster. Just too time consuming to fumble with in an emergency situation... Not my favorite gun but i xan get it out without gettingnhung up on the zipper... A little on the small side for me. I would rather conceal carry the sheild or glock... But if you have smaller hands and preffer smaller pistols this may not even be a thing for you. Just practice, practice, practice drawing your gun so if an emergency comes you can do it quickly. Otherwise, the bag is really nice and a great value. If you dont carry I highly recommend it.The purse in itself is nice but the concealed zipper compartment is not only way too small to get a compact in and out but also too flimsy. I'm having a very hard time placing and removing my M&P 2.0 9mm compact. I'm 5'1"and have a hard time putting my hand in the compartment let alone hand and firearm. Had to return, looking for something bigger.purse is amazing!! have had so many compliments on it! perfect for the cowgirl I am! :)
