For a synthetic bag, the large bag holds up well. It's been 6 months since I bought it and the straps are still as good as new. I use this as my main work bag, but I don't over fill it. The side pockets are so convenient for keys and the zippered top closure keeps items safe.I also got a small bag that can hold a small wallet, keys and 2 mobile phones in it. While that is a bit heavy, the bag is still OK. It's great to use in the cross-body position.A wallet was included, with lots of space for cards but as it isn't RFID certified I gave that away as a gift.Overall this bag was a great purchase and I'll certainly purchase again, in other colours too.
